Burley-in-Wharfedale
1. Open Door On Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays, 10 am – 12 noon and 2 pm – 4 pm. Everyone warmly welcomed for a drink and a chat. ‘It’s all free and friendly, comfortable and cosy’.

2. Cuppa, Cake and Company On the 1st Friday of each month. 2 pm – 4 pm. St Mary’s Parish Centre, 43 Station Road.
Organized by St Mary’s Parish Centre and in partnership with Creative Support and Bring Joy Foundation. Aimed at ‘older people within the community suffering from social isolation and loneliness’. Community Transport available. Free of charge.

3. Goldies Singalong On the 2nd Thursday of each month. 2pm – 3 pm. St Mary’s Parish Centre, 43 Station Road. Organized by Golden Oldies Charity. For ‘older vulnerable people’. Singalong with ‘well-loved popular tunes of 50s and onwards’. Please note – this is not a choir but a fun singalong. Charge: £2.

1. Wellbeing Café On the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of each month. 1.30 pm – 3.30 pm. Clarke Foley Centre.
Organized by Alzheimer’s Society. ‘The cafés are a place for people with dementia, their families and carers to express themselves, have tea, cakes and a chat and socialise with others in a fun and supportive way’. Free of charge.
